Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for Enterprise “Find Your Future” spin the wheel prize promotion. For any questions please contact RMP Enterprise AT 0203 056 7700 or email enquiries@rmpenterprise.co.uk (please use “Find Your Future” in any correspondence).
The Promoters
The promoters are RMP Enterprise Ltd of Unit 1.01 Piano House Brighton Terrace, London, United Kingdom, SW9 8DJ, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car Limited - European Head Office, Enterprise House, Vicarage Rd, Egham, TW20 9FB
The competition
Students will enter the competition by answering two true or false questions based on Enterprise Rent-A-Car Limited company facts. Students will then be able to play a spin the wheel game and be in with a chance to win prizes.
Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
Sustainability prizes are available to be won each week by entrants from that week, food vouchers are available each week. FareShare donations are available to win, which help with food donations to those in need. An Enterprise car club credit is available and a £250 food delivery voucher is available to be won by entrants from the six weeks overall.
How to enter
The competition will run from 12:00pm on Tuesday 17th January (the "Opening Date") to 4:00pm on Sunday 4th March (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
All competition entries must be received [by means of this website] no later than 3:59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the competition, submit the online entry form provided on this website by the Closing Date.
No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
The Promoters will not accept:
responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The competition is only open to all residents in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or older at the date of entry who are in current full-time study during the [2022/2023] academic year at a UK higher education institution [recognised by the government as a degree-awarding body and listed here. Proof will be required in the form of student ID, which will be validated in order to claim the prize.
The challenge is only open to all those registering through the competition microsite. To be clear, you will not be eligible if you sign up to RateMyPlacement mailing lists, forms, or iPads, that are not to do with the “Find Your Future”promotion.
The following are not eligible to enter:
any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above;
employees of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary or sister companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (ii) and (iii) above.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoters will not accept competition entries that are:
automatically generated by computer;
completed by third parties or in bulk; or
incomplete.
There is a limit of [one] entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
Competition entries cannot be returned. If you would like to save your entry, please print a copy before submitting it.
The prize
The prizes are outlined below:

£20 Enterprise Car Club driving credit
FareShare Meal donation
Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize is not negotiable [or transferable].
Winners
The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
We’ll contact winners using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry, as soon as practicable, and winners will have 48 hours to get back to us to confirm acknowledgment of their win, otherwise your claim will become invalid and we’ll approach another winner. In order to claim the prize, you must reply to the email sent.
Prizes will be sent by post within 14 working days from the date the Promoters receive the winners’ prize acceptance confirmation.
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Data protection and publicity
The Promoters will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy.
General
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
